Information from publisher?
I recently established that my late father asked Vantage Press, Inc in New York to publish his book called ‘Family Matters – Some Aspects of Common Ground’. The ISBN is 0- 533- 09192- 6.
I am trying to gather some additional information around the publication of this book
Would anyone know of any web site which can provide free information around
1.How many copies of this book have been printed?
2.The number of copies of the book that have been sold since publication in 1991?
3.Have there been any re prints since 1991?

The easiest and most efficient way to gather that information would be to contact the publisher directly. Publishers generally have access to services that the general public doesn’t, that would tell them how many copies the book has sold, etc. So go to their website and email them, that’s the best advice I can give you. The only sensible route is to publish Vantage Press themselves; they published the book so they will have all the details. They are still in existence – I just Googled it for you, it took around 15 seconds! They have been going for 40 years, and their website is http://www.vantagepress.com. They also give details of their address and, I seem to remember, a phone number. You should be able to get all you need from them. Good luck!
