why did i get THIS in the mail HELP PLEASE?

yeah i just randomly got a package from some random company.
it’s a green hangbag with blue, yellow, white, light green, and dark green stripes.
it’s listed to MY name, MY addressm and everything but i never ordered it?
it’s from Conde nast publications inc/eds. P.O. box 6033 in clarion, IA 50526.
oesn’t provide ANY other info.
