See the existing heap of ore on a leach cell/pad in second half of the 3 minute video.
Could the existing ore heap be the first source for production of gold and silver dore’ after the publication of Reserve Report &/or Feasibility Report &/or Detailed Mining Plan?
The existing heap of ore is a long uniform pile seen through the trusswork of the ore conveyor that starts from the crushing area. The Heap has many hoses on it that supply the sprinklers of leach fluid, highly diluted cyanide, only few PPM in regular water (H20). The man-made hill, perpendicular to the camera viewpoint, runs in a general north-south direction. Camera looks at the broad east face, a steeply sloped hill with a uniform terrace and uniform flat top. Another video has a more direct video of the heap leach to be posted at a later date.

Information Home Publishing Expert Simeon Tuitt Explains How To Make Money, Start A Home Based Business And Work From Home By Writing And Selling eBook Publications. You Can Write An eBook, Put It On The Internet And Have It Make Money For You Around The Clock 24/7, Even While You Sleep With Your Own Internet Business You Can Run From A Laptop Anywhere In The World With Internet Access.
Selling eBooks Is A Great Way For Anyone To Make Money From Home Starting With Zero Experience.
My name is Simeon Tuitt, Im just 26 and make my home based income from supplying the HUGE DEMAND for information people are searching for on the Internet daily, I write and sell small (digital) eBooks from home.
If youre not familiar with what an eBook is, its just a book that is delivered over the Internet instead of being printed and posted or as I keep telling my bank clerk when she cashes my cheques “An eBook is just a document that you read on your computer screen, they can be downloaded or e-mailed which makes them instantly available products.
An eBook business offers great benefits over any other type of business because it means I have zero production or stock costs and my delivery costs are non existent, all I pay for each eBook (digital book) I sell is a little transaction fee for processing credit and debit cards, so each eBook I sell offers practically 100% profit. Now if you know how to take notes you can copy me and write your own eBooks For Fun And Profit.
Even If YOU SUCKED At English At High School You Can Still Make Money Home Publishing eBooks
Right about now Im sure your thinking I cant write an ebook I only just got through English class, yeah me too, in fact I got a C and D in English and when it came to Spelling Punctuation And Grammar oh boy, that really made my brain hurt, figuring out where to put those apostrophes and commas, but hey I never let that hold me back and now write eBooks that sell because I provide quality information people want.
Write Less Than A Paper Back And Get Paid The Same
eBooks are great to write because you can write less than you would find in a physical book and still make as much money per sale. For instance if you went into a book store and picked up a book on improving your golf swing in 2 weeks, for a 150 page book you would pay £10 – £25, where as with an eBook you could write 20 30 pages of quality information and still sell it for the same price as a hard copy.
People want quality information fast and the quicker they can get it the better, so if your offering information people want, it’s going to sell if you get it in the right place for people to see. You can write an eBook on anything and as an example heres one way you can get ideas for eBooks to write, just flick through a TV guide and see what programs are on with useful information, find a couple and record them.
If youre like me and you enjoy all those programs on property development, buying a house in the sun or increasing the value of your home, you could record them and take notes for an eBook.
You’ll Never Run Out Of eBook Topics To Write About
Here’s some food for thought, let’s say you recorded a program on moving and buying a house abroad and the program listed things that you ought to check out before considering a move, you could easily write an eBook 20 pages long and call it something like 20 Crucial Things To Know Before Buying A House In The Sun or something.
With Internet access you could search each of the points you jotted down and take notes and then write the tips up, 1 per page in your own words and sell it for £7 and watch it sell like hot cakes.
Thats how easy it is to write an eBook, you can even write about your hobbies or use what I call specialised knowledge, which is a skill, or knowledge you have acquired through your lifetime.
For instance lets say you are a dog trainer, you will have skills others would pay to learn, so you could write a short eBook on training your dog to be obedient. Something like ‘How To Get Your Dog To Obey You’ or if youre a Chef, you could write an eBook called ‘How To Create A Romantic Meal For Your Lover’.
The topics are endless for what you can write about and people will pay good money for an eBook that provides useful information.
A Simple eBook Business Can Be Extremely Profitable
A single eBook has the potential to bring you in hundreds of pounds in income week after week, thousands month after month. Writing and selling eBooks is a profitable business venture that can be set-up and forgotten, while it makes you money over and over.

This is the VOA Special English Education Report.
Last week, we discussed one problem for medical journals: the question of authorship. You would think that all the scientists who took part in a research study would be listed as authors. But that is not always the case. Sometimes there are honorary authors and ghost authors. Honorary authors, also called guest authors, receive credit in a published study but had little to do with designing it or writing the article.
Ghost authors work on studies but are not credited. Sometimes they are paid by drug companies to place articles in journals to support the companys products. One example was described in September at a meeting of international medical journal editors in Vancouver, Canada.
Three researchers at the University of California at San Francisco presented information about a drug companys marketing campaign that included placing research articles in medical journals.
In the nineteen nineties, the drug company Parke Davis paid another company, Medical Education Systems, to produce journal articles in support of one of its drugs. Medical Education Systems worked with authors chosen by Parke Davis to research, develop and write articles for publication.
Editors of the journals that published the studies did not know about the companies involvement.
Another study presented at the meeting was done by editors at the Journal of the American Medical Association. Researchers questioned authors of nine hundred articles published last year in six top medical journals.
They found that twenty-one percent of the papers published in those journals had honorary authors. Eight percent had ghost authors. Two percent had both.
They compared this to a similar study in nineteen ninety-six. It found that nineteen percent of articles had honorary authors, twelve percent had ghost authors and two percent had both.
The researchers noted the drop in the percentage of ghost authors from twelve percent to eight percent. Annette Flanagin and Joe Wislar said they were pleased about the decrease but had hoped it would be larger.
Some researchers and editors say changes must be made to stop such false author claims. Some have called for journals to identify ghostwritten articles and ban their authors from future publication.
And thats the VOA Special English Education Report.

Dr. J. Sairamesh (Ramesh), Managing Partner at 360Fresh Inc.
In this talk I will cover Service ValueNetworks that have emerged in various Industries (e.g. Manufacturing, Pharma, HealthCare and others) in various forms and shapes over the last decade. The Service ecosystems supporting such value networks are complex and ad-hoc and have varying risk criteria, interconnectivity and risk measurements when compared to more traditional supply-chains and value-chains. Value networks as a research area represent a novel approach to modeling complex enterprise relationships from the perspective of value creation and sharing.
This talk addresses three major challenges of value network-driven enterprise analysis:
(1) unifying the business knowledge of multiple enterprises and their diverse and conflicting objectives in the value network,
(2) sensing the value network and processes through systems design, and
3) analyzing the value offered by multiple service entities in the network based on common goals and metrics.
