Bill Hamilton is a Senior Programmer-Analyst that has worked in the information technology field for over thirty years. He studied psychology and physics in college. He has an AA degree from Pierce College and is pursuing a further degree in Information Technology. Bill has pursued interests in science, mathematics, aeronautics, computers, and parapsychology. He has studied UFO phenomena since 1953.
Bill served in the Air Force (USAF Security Service) in the 1961-65 time frame. Bill is a past member of The Foundation for Research in Parapsychology; The Spacecraft Research Foundation; The World Federation of Science and Engineering; Understanding Inc; and MENSA . He founded Nexus and Nexus News, an information center for the study of alternative technologies. He founded UFORUM, a monthly forum on UFOs, and the Lancaster UFORUM for the residents of Antelope Valley, California.
Bill has been writing and lecturing on UFOs since he was a teen-ager. Bill has authored the following books: Close Encounter Report; Alien Magic; Cosmic Top Secret, and the Phoenix Lights Mystery. He has written numerous articles for publication in the following journals and magazines: Search; Energy Unlimited; Borderland Sciences Journal; New Age Science Journal; the New Atlantean Journal; the Psychic Observer; UFO magazine; the MUFON Journal; UFO Universe, and Unsolved UFO Sightings.
In 1981 Jim Ouei of Nippon TV interviewed him on UFO research in Arizona, and again in 1990 on UFO research in the Antelope Valley of California. Bill has been interviewed on various radio programs, including the Billy Goodman show in Las Vegas, the Robert Prete show in Los Angeles, Art Bell’s Dreamland show, and the Jeff Rense Sightings show. He has also been interviewed by various network and cable television shows, including ABC News in San Diego and the Fox network television show, Sightings.
Bill read the book, Flying Saucers from Outer Space by Donald Kehoe when still in grade school. By the time he went to high school, he was actively pursuing interests in the UFO phenomenon. He met and became acquainted with the early UFO contactees by attending the Giant Rock Spacecraft Conventions hosted by George Van Tassel. Bill has had over 100 personal sightings of UFOs and participated in communication experiments using light beam transceivers as early as 1958. In 1976 he investigated his first UFO abduction case and applied for membership in MUFON as a field investigator. From 1980-83 he served as Maricopa County Section Director for MUFON in Arizona and looked into several CE-3 and CE-4 cases. From 1987 to the present he has had a special interest in UFO activity in the Antelope Valley of California.
Since 1980, he has also pursued research and investigation of UFO crash/retrievals and military and aerospace involvement with the phenomenon and research and development in advanced technology. From 1992 to 1995 he had served as Director of Investigations for MUFON-LA, and from 1995 to 1997 served as Assistant State Director for MUFON Arizona. He conducted UFO Field Investigator classes in Los Angeles. He is currently Executive Director of Skywatch International, founded by Col. Steve Wilson.
Bill presented a paper at the MUFON Symposium in Houston in 1980 on Electrogravity theory of spacecraft propulsion at the Advanced Propulsion Workshop hosted by NASA scientists Alan Holt. Bill has maintained an active interest in spacecraft propulsion systems and other areas of advanced technology as well as keeping abreast of the lastest discoveries in astronomy and cosmology.
Bill has also researched underground facilities and their uses in developing advanced technology or possibly reverse engineering alien technology.
Bill now resides in Palmdale, California where he continues to pursue the UFO phenomena, is Special Projects Consultant for Skywatch International and is Executive Director of Astrosciences Research Institute.

UNKNOWN SEA CREATURE FOUND IN BRAZIL 18/09/2009

Scholars and fishermen had a surprise during an experience on the northern shore of Bahia (1). Looks like a prehistoric animal… looks like silicon… it has only fat on … this one you cannot eat!. And you really cant, Its a fish with a weird flesh, doesnt have skin or scales, from the head to the tip of the tail is formed by a mass that looks more like gelatin, It was captured during a research trip of the TAMAR Project (2), the technicians were testing circular hooks which wouldnt incur the risk of killing sea turtles, suddenly the animal was hooked. When I saw that completely different creature I was spooked, and I dove into the water… I felt ill. These are the images recorded by Guy Marcovaldi when the fish approached the surface already barely alive, it was 1,000 meters deep at 15km from Praia do Forte North littoral of Bahia.Researchers believe that the Brazilian coast have at least 150 species of unknown fishes the most recent discoveries were of small animals, this is the first time on something at this size.It weights around 40 kilos and its about the size of a tall man.1,83m.Small eyes, large mouth and barely visible teeth, the oceanographer Claudio Sampaio confirms that there are no records of this fish on any scientific publication.To find such a completely new creature like this, for science its a rare jewel, a fish that has never been seen before by the human race.The fish will be preserved in formaldehyde and shall become part of the collection of the Federal University of Bahia, for the biologists, the challenge will be greater than a mere identification, theyll have to discover in which regions of the Atlantic lives this rarity.

Research

Our research is currently focused on Apollo mission images of the Earth’s Moon. In order for an object of interest to be included in our research publications, they must pass various criteria.

ULO Research

Our research at this time can only be considered pseudo-science because we do not have access to the original Apollo medium format transparencies or other camera negatives. Although we have established contacts with official NASA and other archives to secure the highest quality images available, their source files vary in quality.

The Qualities of a ULO or Group of ULOs

1. The arrangement of and relations between the parts or elements of something complex. (n. structure)
2. A building or other object constructed from several parts. (n. structure)
3. The quality of being organized. (n. structure)
4. An apparent ‘Form Follows Function’ that sets it apart from nearby elements or terrain.
5. A reasonable level of resolution detail in the original image.
